Haha, its a surfer girl as she shows lots of love :P and a (1280x1024) size wallpaper. I had created it recently with Micromedia Freehand MX, trying to shake my hands loose to remember back all I had learn back in school. This is not the only one refined, I had another personal project that is going on and I will call it "Smile under the Maple tree". Its a little complicated and is yet to complete soon...hmm maybe before starting school.
