Odd and cherished day.

Saturday - 4:30pm SGT

Today was yet to be remembered as one of my odd occurrences that was more than once it did happen in the past. I was out for shopping with mum, I did not even care what I was wearing out today because I am a guy DOH! Well to cut things short; I went to top up my ezlink card at the usual queue up point, there was not much people queuing up as it was just an uncle that was just a moment away before me. Mum was quite a distance away as she did pay attention to my surroundings...hmm she was always like that, well as I was saying; it's my turn to face the receptionist but then I noticed a fair Malay hmm teen girl...I guess a little younger than me, I cant make an exact description on her looks but I decided not to look at her directly. I was close in distance from her, well I did not even care haha...

So I said to the receptionist 10 bucks toping up the card, I still feel that the girl keep staring at me at a close distance. Man never that close I told my heart! After all the payment done I decided not to distract her or make any stupid move, I turn 360 degrees to my right without looking at her, I tell you it was so near like it was just 4 feet apart! Shoot...I went directly to my mum and she said "Well that girl that was near to you just now kept starring at you, I think she is attracted to you." Getting to the good side of things I told my mum that I did noticed it too but to say that she was attracted to me...nah I don't think so because I did experienced it before ("well not that close :P") it maybe that she seems to recognize me by someone else...So I've guess, or maybe the body soap I was bathing with haha the fragrance was fruity nice XP.

Saturday - 8:30pm SGT / (edited on Monday 19th)

I was preparing a sketch for my new painting, the window was widely open for the cold night air to freely enter my room as I was just beside it. Suddenly I hear an uncommon music that don't usually sang openly in Singapore, kids singing that was coming from outside, listening again I thought it was from some apartment opening loud music at night. Feeling a little uneasy because of the feeling some unlikeful neighbor will call the police, I tried to listen carefully as it was likely not to be in some apartment because there is a host in all the performance of all that singing by the kids and they were singing a praise to god, it remembered mine as I was singing the same theme in front of all audiences in madrasah (school for Muslim kids and adults).

So I thought there is some community work going on, but then a few minutes later on there was this beautiful voice that moved and attracted my heart throughwards it. A lady's voice so sweet and beautiful only god knows how, as she was reading the Quran on one of the surah, the sound of her voice surrounded all of the surrounding buildings and it was like heaven sent. It is very hard to hear this kind of occasion to made openly in Singapore, the reason is... Well "some" people cant take the so called "noise", it was said that in the past calling for prayers from afar by the mosques were allowed but then many complaints by the rich and by "some" made laws to turn from forbid. It was said that the sound of prayers made their heart "burn like fire" and made them even go mad.

I have no comments about their ramblings about going mad by the sound of prayers, by the way working in Singapore had always made most Singaporiens go mad, just don't blame and add religion to it alright. I always advice all religion to respect each other. We Muslims had always give way to all but please don't go over our heads, only god knows how to deal with such people.

So told my mum when she just went back home with my little bro, "Mum, is there some occasion near by our apartment?" She replied that there is some Indian wedding and saw some dancing going on... I said "No, not that, I mean any Malay community occasion going on?" She replied "yes a Malay wedding, but not from where I passed by from". I told her what happened a while ago and she replied that is very good of them to did the method of occasion in their wedding, because most Malay Muslims wedding mostly end with a karaoke session that is annoying and I personally say it is totally a painful experience for the brain and will explode into smithereens especially the non-talented singers!

And apart from what happen tonight was a dream from heaven... "GOD IS GREAT!"
