Polling for an important party?

"SINGAPORE POLLING CARD"

Now as you can see above is a polling card, this card is to be given to any permanent resident in Singapore and must be 21 years and above to poll (choose) your chosen party thus by doing so by hoping Singapore will play an important role in the future to come. As I have heard if I'm not mistaken; polling for a new party will normally take 6 years after the next, but now I heard maybe it will take another 12 years for a new election for Singapore (2018 - ill be old by then haha).

So, this is my lucky year cause I had a chance to poll a party yeah! Btw I'm 21 years old and going to be 22 this coming September 14th :P. Ok, now the above card was sent to me on 28 April this year...DOH! XP, the polling day on 6th March 2006 and that day was announced to be a public holiday...I think by Singapore respected president Mr. S. R. Nathan.

If you are a Singaporean and had seen or have to elect, if you are wondering why the picture above was different with yours is because "I edited" it for security measures, rules, law and policy :P. The poll card is as original as it is but I edited it with my favorite digital software and if you "think" its realistically fake...Than thank you haha I did a better job on editing a digital picture ;P.

P.S.: If again you are a permenant resident of Singapore and must poll, I advice you to please think wisely before you tick (choose a party in the form on 6th march 06) cause the winning party will play a major role in the "future of Singapore". As this is a political issue; i will say and type no more.
